Mission Statement

"Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth." 2 Timothy 2:15. KJV.

For the last forty years of my life, my mission has been to fulfill this scripture verse in my own life. I wanted to know all about God and His thoughts and ways. I wanted to know how to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness so I could live my life as He wanted me to live it. I wanted to know all about God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and how they related to my life. God tells us in Matthew 7:7 to ask, seek, and knock. And when we do, He really does answer.

Reading and studying God’s Word gave me the answers I wanted and needed to deal with the problems in my life. God is always available to talk with us through His Word. He is never too busy to spend time with us. And every answer we need is recorded in His Word. Seek and you really will find.

In John 8:31,32 Jesus tells us, "If you abide in My Word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." NKJV.

And in John 8:36 He tells us, "Therefore, if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed." NKJV.

What do we need to be free of? The lies and deceptions of our enemy, the devil. Lies and deceptions are his way of life and that is what he uses to ensnare us. But when we know the truth, we can avoid his traps.

The Word of God is the only book that is the Truth and nothing but the Truth. It expresses God’s divine thoughts and ways, which gives us a clear understanding of how He wants us to live our lives. He wants our thoughts to be aligned with His thoughts and our ways aligned with His ways. Then we can bless others and glorify Him.

Now my mission is to encourage everyone to seek to know God through reading and studying His Word for themselves. I promise you, you will not be disappointed in what you find out. God wants nothing less than His very best for our lives so don’t settle for anything less. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and receive God’s very best for your life.

"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer."  Psalm 19:14  NKJV.
